Fortos membership is by invitation.

Membership is designed for leaders with strong peer relevance, demonstrated domain experience, and a genuine appetite for growth.

To qualify, applicants must operate in one of the following contexts within professional sports:

Team, Club, or League Leaders

C-suite or equivalent senior leaders responsible for the organization as a whole or a major function within it

League or Expansion Executives

Senior leaders founding or building a professional league or expansion team

Ownership Group Operating Leaders

Owners, COOs, managing directors, or operating partners within ownership or investment groups who are directly responsible for strategy and execution across one or more professional teams. Capital-only or passive investment roles are not a fit for Fortos membership at this time.

Beyond role, we look for leaders who are eager to learn, willing to examine their assumptions, and committed to act on what they discover.
