Beyond seniority, we look for leaders who value curiosity over posturing, lived experience over blanket advice, and who show up ready to engage honestly with peers who are navigating the same complexity as they are. Fortos is not about collecting contacts or traditional networking. It’s a space to think clearly, ask real questions, and get better together.

The Fortos membership is annual.

The process begins when you request an invitation. If there’s a strong initial fit, we’ll reach out, typically within 1 week, to schedule a 30-minute conversation.

That conversation helps us understand what you’re navigating in your role and explore whether Fortos is right for you.

Fortos groups launch twice each year, in the spring and fall. Invitations are extended as groups are formed, beginning approximately 4-6 months in advance.
